Write to the people who build it. Tell us what you asked and what came back. If it's about someone in your tree, their name and dates are enough, or their FamilySearch ID. Never send us a password.
A person reads every message, and we answer within one working day.
Download your whole tree as a GEDCOM file, or delete your account and your tree, from Settings. You don't need us for either, and a deletion can't be undone. Privacy lists what we keep after a deletion, and why.
Disconnect any time, and we delete our access to your FamilySearch account. Anything we add to FamilySearch Family Tree, we add only with your approval, and we record your reason.
Stripe handles the subscription. Cancel any time under Settings, and we refund the unused part of the period you've paid for.
